OTET 2024 Exam Date
The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha has set the date for the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2024. The exam will take place on August 17, 2024. It will be conducted in two shifts at various locations across the state, with each paper having a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
For Paper I, the test will be held from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and for Paper II, it will be from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM. OTET Exam Pattern 2024
The BSE, Odisha will conduct the Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) for both Paper I and Paper II in offline mode. Each paper will be 2 hours and 30 minutes long, and will feature 150 multiple-choice questions from various sections:
- Paper I: Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies.
- Paper II: Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, plus an optional section.
Each question will be worth 1 mark, and there will be no penalty for incorrect answers. The test will be available in both English and Odia.
