CWB Eligibility

To qualify for the CWB Basic Amount, you must be a Canadian resident aged 19 or older by December 31, have earned income, and your net income must fall below your province’s specified threshold. Additionally, your spouse or common-law partner is eligible if they reside in Canada and live with you.

Dependents may also qualify if they:
